Background

Summary

saving lives, reducing suffering.

“You must not only be good. You must be wise and wise enough to know who is good.” doug copp

Sometimes it is NOT enough to do good things ..you must be strong enough to endure the attack…that will follow; especially if you are trying to place children’s lives ahead of USA Insurance Company Profits…crawling inside of 896 collapsed buildings helped to give me the courage that it takes; especially, considering that I have been sick every single day; since 911.

I tried to learn:

I am responsible for ‘what I do’ and for ‘what I do NOT do’. I am responsible for ‘MY actions’. I am not responsible for what other people do.

I discovered: that people never regret ‘doing the right thing’. They only regret ‘doing the wrong thing’.

A life devoid of ‘something worth dying for’, is a life, ‘not worth living’.

Do all the living you can; while you can. 650,000 people died, at the major disasters I worked at..I have seen things that you cannot imagine. I can assure you that death; prefers to, ‘snatch you’, when you least expect it.

For all the persecution, hatred, violence and disgusting behavior that I have endured; in fighting against, evil, greedy bastards who exploited the helpless and preyed upon people..I am glad that I always did ‘the right thing’. I always stood up; many times, by myself; but never alone..

Wow. What a great life I had……what next?

If you can’t be YOURSELF then who can you be?

Experience

Fire Capt

National Fire Dept of Peru

September 1997 – Present (15 years 10 months)

I travelled to Peru and worked at many major disasters…earthquakes, landslides, rockslides, fires, floods, El ,Nino, mine collapse etc etc etc..

I have trained the Fire Dept and Public Community, Universities, Mayors, Government Agencies (of all kinds) many, many times.

I arranged for equipment to be sent from other Fire Depts and Manufactures.

I trained the US, Canadian, and British Embassey Staffs; as well as, Peruvian Govt Officials many times.

Many of my lectures were carried live, on TV, throughout all of latin America; including, a broadcast from the Ministry of External Affairs.

Many Latin American Govet’s have been helpful to promoting my scientific discovery: ‘The Triangle of Life’. The Mexican Govt broadcasts, it’s own ,’t of l’ TV public service messages and the Peruvian Government has put up a safety sign, of my design, in a strategic position, in EVERY BUILDING WITH PUBLIC ACCESS, in the country.

Rescue Chief

ARTI

September 1985 – Present (27 years 10 months)

I worked at more than 100 major disasters and crawled inside of 896 collapsed buildings; however, I have witnessed more than 1 million collapsed buildings. I have 2,000 plus letters of gratitude from world leaders,

Of the 650,000 victims who died, at the disasters, I have worked. 600,000 died because of duck and cover. The triangle of life would have saved them.

75% of the disasters that I worked at rescueing people; concluded, with the PM, President, or General putting me in charge of ALL their resources.

I PREVENTED THE DEATH OF 250,000 PEOPLE ,in India, from an outbreak of the Bubonic Plague, following the Gujarat Earthquake, after the Ministry of Health had stated that “nothing could be done to reduce the loss of life”, by designing the plan that reduced loss of life from 250,000 to NONE (0).

I saved the Nasca LInes, UN World Heritage Site, from El Nino complete destruction. At the request of Maria Reich ( the leading archeologist of modern times), the discoverer.
I designed the plan to mitigate, an El Nino; which had caused more damage, in 6 months than the previous 2,000 years.

35 inventions, scientific discoveries, trained hundreds of rescue teams, military, OES etc etc etc,,

My list of noteworthy, significant and relevant accomplishments is many pages long.

but I still have a lot to learn.
